The system documents all training activities and test results of each employee that takes the test. Goal Zero reports enable Administrators and Instructors to view and analyze a variety of reports. These reports
provide a broad range of information organized by student, test, class, question, subject and more. Reports can be viewed on screen, printed or exported. Customized reports are also available. Reports include student scores, questions and answer analysis that may be accessed and reviewed by instructors.

The Student Scores Report displays a Student's scores. This Report is useful for monitoring a Student's performance across multiple tests.

The Question Analysis Report is useful in determining how well students performed on each test question.

The Answer Analysis Report displays detailed information on how each question in a test was answered by students. The report is displayed in a table: gray blocks represent the correct answer. The number of times
a wrong answer is chosen is displayed under the corresponding answer (A, B, C…).

Media Sources

Goal Zero Media specializes in all formats. It is also important that our customers know that our media imported and stored in our own media banks. Media formats include: BMP, GIF, JPEG and Icons. Other media formats include: audio, video, Flash, text, and Adobe-PDF files.

Media can be organized and customized based on specific client’s needs. This includes but is not limited to; subject matter, format, instructor classification or any other system.

Question Banks

Goal Zero’s Bank is a repository for questions with built-in adaptability. We store and manage the questions and as the industry changes, policies and procedures change or even the focus of a specific customer changes, we can adapt. Since the questions are rooted along with the media and training materials, they are organized by
subject matter, format, instructor classification or any other system.

Questions can be created directly in a question bank, imported from a test or imported from one question bank to another. Goal Zero Media specializes in customizing tests directly from our client’s policy manuals. Test questions may also be randomized based on client’s needs.
